This year Sierra Ventures’ hosted its 12th CXO Summit, bringing CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other Fortune 1000 Executives from all over the country together for a day of interactive sessions, engaging speakers, and innovative technology.
The agenda was comprised of genomics, the healthcare industry, brain science in business, the next gen workforce, blockchain, AI, the digital transformation, future of technology and the career of a CXO. Some of the speakers included Keith Block (President & COO of Salesforce), Walter Robb (Former Co-CEO of Whole Foods), Pablos Holman (Futurist & Inventor), and executives from Johnson & Johnson, Comerica Bank, Nike, Accenture, Regeneron, Staples, RGA, McKesson, TIAA, and Facebook. It was a thought-provoking day full of networking, demos, keynotes, panels, and connections.
Some of the takeaways were the changes and disruption to come in the enterprise, the impact of AI in the next 10-15 years, the change currently taking place in the workforce and workplace. It was a successful year with an even more stimulating audience, and the Sierra team is looking forward to the next one.
